The OSCARS Hotel 1415 is located between the Kurpark and Sophi Park – the new hotel in Bad Liebenzell in the heart of the Black Forest, surrounded by bubbling mineral springs, picturesque parks and a 300-year-old avenue of lime trees.
The historic Renaissance half-timbered building dates back to 1415 and was once known as the Oberes Bad, the first accommodation establishment in Bad Liebenzell to be mentioned in official records.

The hotel offers a unique atmosphere that combines traditional elements and a historic ambience with modern, high-quality furnishings.
The three brothers Raphael, Patrick and Christopher Koch have been running the new OSCARS Hotel 1415 since 2022. The brothers have been running the Hotel Koch on Sonnenweg in Bad Liebenzell since 2021.
The Koch family has been working as hosts in Bad Liebenzell since 1870. The three brothers are already the fifth generation.
It all began with Oscar Koch, who initially ran the Untere Badhotel, later adding an annex and the Kleinwildbad, now known as badhaus 1897.
The name of the new hotel is therefore a combination of the first name of its founding father and the year in which the building that houses the OSCARS Hotel 1415 was constructed.
